TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking

·          We require a £50 deposit to secure the booking. This should be paid within 2 weeks of booking the party either by cash or cheque.

·          Deposit is non refundable although special circumstances will be taken into consideration.

·          We will send/e-mail you a booking form on which party details are confirmed and signed for by you.

Payment

·          Our minimum party charges are binding. If the total amount of girls at the party is below the minimum of 5 you will still be charged minimum fee.

·          Party balance is payable on the day of the party and can be paid by cash or cheque

Party Timings

·          We are flexible with the start times of our parties and will do all we can to suit your needs.

·          We always arrive at your house or venue at the discussed time and with sufficient time to set up our equipment.

·          Parties will last between 1.5 - 2 hours, until each girl has had the opportunity to have each treatment and photo session.

Allergies / Medical Conditions

·          All cosmetics and supplies used are of good quality, suitable for sensitive skin and will not have been tested on animals.

·          It is the responsibility of each individual child's parent / guardian to inform us if their child has an allergy. If a child has eczema or hyper-sensitive skin we will refrain from making-up and do hair only.

·          Cakes are baked to order, in an environment free from nuts.  It is the responsibility of each individual child's parent / guardian to inform us if their child has an allergy.  If the allergy is severe, we would recommend that the child refrains from cake.

·          Epilepsy – flash photography can trigger a seizure. It is the responsibility of each individual child's parent / guardian to inform us if their child has epilepsy so we can refrain from using a flash during the photographic session.

Personal Information & Legal

·          You may be asked for personal information if you want to take advantage of specific services we offer. In each case we will only use the personal information you provide to deliver the services you have told us you wish to take part in. We will not provide any of your details to third party.

·          Information is stored in line with ‘Information Commissioners’ Office guidelines.

·          We never use information or pictures of children without permission.

·          We have Enhanced CRB clearance, allowing us to work with children & vulnerable members of the community.

·          All pictures are the property of Mini Model Party, are subject to copyright and should not be replicated without prior written consent.

·          Mini Model Party will not be deemed to be in breach of any of its obligations under the agreement or otherwise be liable to the customer due to any delay in performing its obligations by reason of any cause or event beyond our control.

·          Mini Model Party will not be deemed to be liable to the customer for any personal injury, of any cause beyond our control.
